I did some testing by adding an alias (outlook) and changing the email on one of the companies, and low and behold it worked (got the notification that i changed my email), then changed it back to my original hotmail one, and nothing, no notification. ![]() I have had the same email address for years (hotmail), and from about 2-4 weeks ago (when that massive issue with all emails going to inbox instead of junk), i got some notifications from specific companies that they were unable to email me (bank/online shop/credit card), checked the websites/stores and the email was the same, nothing has changed, they are just getting messages that the email failed to deliver. I have tried google and MS support (spent an hour on live chat/remote connection), trying to resolve and they can't, so any suggestions would be great!
